Booking Policy
To reserve your wedding date with EQUINN EVENTS, a non-refundable $75 retainer and a signed service agreement are required. Your ceremony date is not considered officially booked until both the signed agreement and retainer have been received. The remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days before your scheduled ceremony, unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Wedding dates are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be held without a signed agreement and paid retainer.

Expedited Service (10-Day Window)

For ceremonies booked within 10 days of the wedding date. This fee covers priority scheduling and expedited ceremony preparation and is subject to availability.
Original Narrative Design
Starting at $100
A custom-written ceremony narrative incorporating the couple's unique love story, relationship journey, meaningful memories, and personal details for a deeply personalized ceremony experience.
Unity Elements
Starting at $50
Incorporation of one selected unity tradition into the ceremony, including personalized wording and placement within the ceremony. Options may include unity candles, sand ceremonies, handfasting, cord ceremonies, or another agreed-upon tradition.
The couple is responsible for providing all physical materials required for their selected unity ceremony unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Wedding Rehearsal Attendance
Starting at $150
Includes up to 60 minutes of on-site officiant attendance to review the ceremony processional, where the couple and wedding party will stand, ceremony order, vows and ring-exchange timing, unity elements if applicable, and the recessional.
The officiant's role during rehearsal is limited to the ceremony portion of the wedding and does not include full rehearsal coordination, wedding planning, vendor coordination, reception planning, decorating, or day-of coordination.
The rehearsal must begin during the confirmed scheduled time. Late arrival by the couple, wedding party, venue staff, or other participants does not extend the scheduled end time.
Additional rehearsal time, if available, may require an additional fee. Applicable travel fees may also apply.
